Password recovery email not coming through

Neopets tells me that it sent the email, blah, blah but then it never arrives. What's the problem

Sometimes the person may have blocked emails from Neopets.

Have you checked your spam folder as well?

can you retrieve pins through monkeyquest or petpetpark? i have an email bouncing and i haven't figured out where i send the ticket at lol

Try what they said, but honestly sometimes it just doesnt work. If you send in a ticket without knowing which account is attached or anything they wont help you at all. I tried it.
