That speedtest is probably a test if you do not have other programs running.
It places itself as the top priority and most of the bandwidth is dedicated to the server.

In real life, I will probably have more than 10 programs running, so my speed will drop

if you can,don't try to download it all at once. It will take up a huge % of cpu and is not advisable
