    Question Price Drops?

Hey im Not sure if any of you have herd about the game industry dropping down game prices but dam, if they do end up dropping down the game prices that would be so bad ass!!

because for one i enjoy gaming but still i hate buying new games just because i feel like im getting ripped off, i mean $60+ for a game that as soon as you open it the game stores will only give you like 20 bucks for 0_o?? Thats just wrong lol but yea if they do end up dropping prices when do you think they will do this by? cause i want Halo 4...but i dont want to pay 60 bucks xD.

Im going to try and find the link to where i found the story and ill put it up ASAP, i think it was on yahoo or msn cant remember.

Tried to look for your yahoo story but have yet to find it. Might have been an unaccredited source. Or worse, an opinion article. *shudder*

But logically, that 60 bucks should actually only keep rising rather than falling. Inflation is a monstrous thing, and even more so in our economic state.

This is why I buy my games off of Amazon or just rent them for as long as I like on Gamefly.

    I rarely buy games new for 60 bucks, frankly I think it's a rip-off.
I'll definitely be getting Asscreed III though. Only game I'm buying right away though.

I'm with Sventex here, but to be fair I'm not a big gamer. I just get games cheap off Amazon, or even eBay, instead of paying $60 dollars when it first comes out. Unless it's a game that I've absolutely been DYING for, but since I'm not really that big on 'em, that's few and far between.

Personally, if I need a new game, I'd much rather get on the Wii's virtual console and DL a good "classic" game that I haven't had the opportunity of playing.

Was there not a time when games sell for 80 dollar? but seriously, 60 dollar per game is kind of expensive. Even if they were to lower the price they would still make a profits.
