I've been getting tickets back from the same guy and they are all automated. Has anyone got any tips on getting TNT's attention to send me back some REAL info and REAL tickets? I'm sick of getting retarded tickets back. Apparently I've heard from many people that this TNT staff member is a twat and doesn't care about people.. I'm just wondering if anyone can help like tell me what I should say in my next ticket etc Thanks!

I'm wondering the same thing, I was just iced unfairly for scamming (I haven't scammed in like 3 years) and I'm wondering how to get it back. -.- How long do they take to get back to you?

Being a premium member is a plus of course. I have frozen tickets answered in a couple days being a premium member.
Also, I think they respond better with a more mature title explaining the situation. Like "Unfairly Frozen Account" rather then OMGGHNG FOZERN WHJY", but thats obvious. Other then that, I dont think theres any way of speeding up the process. Proper grammar and filling out all necessary information will get the process done quicker as well, but again I believe its in the order sent.
