So I have been in contact with TNT through the ticket system, and I have answered every question but they say that they require the email to require. I made this account a long time ago and I have NO IDEA what it could be. Its the only thing they require now. Any idea how I could go about getting this? -.-'''

You could say that your parent singed you up for neo, and they're dead.
Making it impossible to get the email!

Try to tell them it is now inactive and you cannot remember because you created long ago (the truth).
Also, if you know everything but the e-mail try asking them if you can provide something otherwise for proof. It may help
