I think they all had their problem fixed though. Final case of most of these problems was that it was some antivirus running in the background stopping the program from using a connection. Try disabling everything that would do this.

Did you change anything on your computer at all? Maybe try running as admin again and the flare.exe program too.

Try restarting your computer.
