I am kind of ashamed to admit but the only reason I don't do Greek Yogurt is me! xD The taste is awful to me. I've tried different flavors and brands and it's just disgusting to me. There's this gritty aftertaste thing I can't really describe that just makes me feel like I need to instantly drink something to get it out. Hehe. But yeah, I don't get off work until 7pm and I get to talking on Skype and before I know it I'm looking down and seeing it's 3:30-4:00am. x_x But I'm going to be able to sleep in over the weekend, and I don't actually start work until 10:00am so it's not too bad. I just want to get a little bit more pep in my step. I was dancing around a little bit last night, but I really want to go for a walk! This heat though worries me, I am in front of a hot printer all day and so I already feel dehydrated most of the time, so I just gotta watch it. I drink SOOO much water right now it's probably not good. xD

Aw, thank you so much for asking. I think my body is slowly adjusting. No more vomitting, but I am extremely tired all the time. However, I have been staying up until 4-5am for the past few nights, so that may be my own doing. I found that Yoplait whips are a great little desert for me and are only 140 calories, but they are so yummy. It really surprised me. Had a grilled chicken spinach tortilla wrap today for lunch, and I'm putting all of this into the calorie counter deal on MyFitnessPal which is much easier to use than I thought it would be when you suggested it. Everything seems like it's going really well. I had a lot of drama and stress going on in my personal life but that has calmed down and I feel tremendously better from that as well. Over all, I have no complaints. I just want to keep going and never look back. But seriously, this VM made my day. Thanks for caring.
