I was recently on vcryRO but there was no competition there so I left after a week. I've only been playing prerenewal servers so its hard for me to find some decent ones. I'm not playing any servers at the moment.

& it's because they never came to realize that: if you can dump $100 in nc, you can dump that on a uc.
and you can quit whining on how you'll never get a uc. Just gotta be one step ahead of them, right?

And to the awnser, no: PC'ers cannot essentially take over uc's. They just get frozen.
I have no idea why people report inactive uc's, honselty. It's the reason that like 90% of the nice uc faeries and greys are EVEN in the PC being traded.
like "YES! I JUST GOT A UC RG KYRII FROZEN! GO ME!"

If PC'ers could take over illegit uc's, there would be much more reporting going on.
